What is QSKIP?

QSKIP lets you order drinks in many different venues (pubs, bars and restaurants) without having to wait ages in a queue.

It also lets you buy drinks for your friends without having to be physically with them.

Do my drinks cost more through QSKIP then if I order them at the counter?

No, QSKIP does not take any fees. So the price of your drink will be the same through QSKIP as at the counter. But if you use QSKIP, you won’t have to queue 😉

Is there a minimum order value for drinks?

No, there is no minimum order value and QSKIP lets you order any item that the venue has made available.

How do I know when my order is ready?

You will be sent a notification on your phone once your order is ready.

You can follow the progress of your order in the “order” section of the application.

My order has been rejected and I don’t know why?

Your order can be rejected for several reasons. For example, if the venue is closing or if there is an item missing. In any cases, you can check at the counter with a venue member

I ordered and paid for a drink, but when I arrived at the counter, the drinks were not there, what should I do?

You should always check with a venue member in case there is a problem with your order. Remember to show your Qnumber if you have one.

I have an issue with my order, what do I do?

If you have a Qnumber, it means your order has being processed.

If you don’t have a Qnumber, it means your order has not been accepted by the venue.

In any case, you can check at the counter with a venue member. Please inform the venue member if you already have a Qnumber.

Can I offer a drink to someone at any time even if they are not in the venue yet?

Yes, you can offer a drink at any time to your friends. The offer will go straight into his orders and your friend will then be able to accept it or reject it once he is in the venue.

Can I offer a drink to someone without picking a Qvenue?

No, unfortunately you first need to choose where and what drink(s) to offer, only then you can offer a drink to one of your friends.

Can I offer a drink to someone who is not in my contacts?

No, at the moment you can only offer a drink to someone that is already in your contacts, but we are working on adding more options!

For now, QSKIP uses the phone number to check if your contact has QSKIP or not. If your contact hasn’t already installed QSKIP you can help us to promote it by inviting them to download the app and register in a few second for free.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel an order but only if the venue has not accepted it yet. Once the venue accepts the order, it means it is preparing it and so it can no longer be cancelled.

Can I leave a tip?

Yes, you can but are not obliged to leave a tip at the venue. This can be done just before confirming your order.

Can I add several payment cards?

Yes, you can add several cards and for each order you will then have the possibility to select a card.

What cards does QSKIP accept?

For now, QSKIP accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

What if my card is in a different currency from the country I want to order in?

QSKIP does not charge any extra fees. However, your bank can apply some foreign exchange costs. Please check with your bank for more details.

Can I pay in cash?

No, to make your experience as simple as possible we let you pay directly via the app. Once you enter your card details, you can then order at any Qvenue and the payment will be processed automatically (like with Uber or Deliveroo).

Can I order when the venue is closed?

No, after you select a Qvenue you can check in the top right-hand side of the screen if it is closed or not.

When the Qvenue is closed, you won’t be able to select any drinks.

Are my payment card details stored securely?

Yes, we make sure that all the details you provide to QSKIP are stored securely. All the data regarding the credit and debit cards are protected.
